An aerob-a-thon will be held in the GAA on the 8th of November in aid of The Diabetes & Endocrinology Centre of Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin. For those not in know an “aerob-a-thon” is a number of aerobic sessions back to back – in this case all levels of fitness are invited with plenty of breaks and water for those in need.

It should be a afternoon of great fun and you’ll get a FREE tshirt for participating. Water is also provided and finger food will be server to celebrate the completion after 5. Entry is €10 or you can get sponsorship from friends and family and raise a little extra for the hospital. And don’t forget to wear your fitness gear – no jeans allowed!

Date: Sunday 8th of November 2009.
Venue: Kilcock GAA Club.
Time: 2p.m. to 5p.m.
Cost: €10.00 per person.

I have a Complementary Health practice in Kilcock and we could come along and help with treatments and I can bring along 2 FarInfraRed Heated Shiatsu Massage Beds that can help people taking part, you could collect a donation from people gatting treatment or using the Bed.
