This is a lovely idea by Aisling Lawlor – our own fortnightly chef – Aisling is now hosting cookery demonstration evenings for groups of people. It’s a great idea for a get together with a twist, a alternative Christmas party or a hen’s night. It’s only €35 per person (based on a min of 9 people) and get loads of delicious food whipped up before your eyes – whilst enjoying a glass of mulled wine (it is the Christmas season after all).
