Cookery Demonstration Evenings

This is a lovely idea by Aisling Lawlor – our own fortnightly chef – Aisling is now hosting cookery demonstration evenings for groups of people. It’s a great idea for a get together with a twist, a alternative Christmas party or a hen’s night. It’s only €35 per person (based on a min of 9 people) and get loads of delicious food whipped up before your eyes – whilst enjoying a glass of mulled wine (it is the Christmas season after all). Brie and red onion marmalade Bruschetta
Chicken satay skewers
Smoked salmon blinis with a caper and crème fraiche
Avoca Cheese croquettes
Wild Mushroom, Parmesan and Rocket Crostini
Coronation dip with crudites
Pesto, sun-blushed tomato and mozzarella breads
Red pepper hummus with cumin and garlic spiced pittas
Thai Crab cakes with sweet chilli dip

Hot smoked salmon pate

Kilcock Canoe Polo are Irish Club Champions for fourth time in a row. Big congratulations!! This year the competition was held in Athy, Co. Junior Competition – this Sunday

Canoe Polo Adult Beginner Course

Starting Wednesday the 16th of September Kilcock Canoe Polo will be running a Canoe Polo Adult Beginner Course.
Classes will continue for 5 weeks. They consist of 3 X 2hour sessions and 2 X 3hours (total 12hours). They cost €80 and equipment will be provided. If you are interested please contact The Secretary, Gillian Devlin 087-6390473 or via the Kilcock Canoe Polo website and register your interest.

StageWorx kicking off for new term

StageWorx Drama,Dance and NEW Music classes in association with Kilcock Musical and Dramatic Society are kicking off again soon in Scoil Dara, Kilcock on Saturday, Sept 12th. There will be enrollment for:

Juniors (4-6yrs)
Intermediates (7-9yrs)
Seniors (10-14yrs)

Time: Sat mornings 10am-12.30 (enrollment day, 9.30am-12.30)
Rate: €165 for 12 week term (Sept12th-Dec 5th)
